Separate basement/3rd bedroom/game room is great for kids and plenty of room for extra guests.

It has a bunk bed with twin bed on top and full size futon on bottom, dresser, two end tables for extra storage.

Plus that floor has satellite TV, DVD player and stereo, big chest has toys, games for kids.

The game room has dart board and interchangeable table for mini pool table/mini ping pong and newer mini air hockey table.

 

Spectacular upstairs Master Loft bedroom has an en suite full bathroom (toilet, one sink and 1 shower stall),

Queen size upgraded bed and flat screen satellite TV, DVD player.

From the Loft, a catwalk leads you to an all glass sunroom with incredible views and great spot for curling up with a good book!

Sun room has bistro table and 2 chairs and click clack couch that can be used for sleeping when opened up.

All interior railings have authentic mountain laurel for that upscale rustic elegance!

Enjoy a 6 person hot tub on the lower level facing the mountains equipped with outdoor speakers, lounge chairs and bistro set.  

Hot tub is completely drained, sanitized and refilled between guests.
